AIBE XVIII Application Form: On August 16, 2023, the Bar Council of India unveiled the application form for AIBE XVIII (18) 2023-24. Scheduled for October 29, 2023, the AIBE XVIII (18) 2023 will take place in offline mode.

Applicants registered with any state bar council are eligible to complete the application for AIBE XVIII (18) 2023-24. For those intending to participate in the All India Bar Examination 2023, it is imperative to duly fill out the application form. The AIBE XVIII (18) 2024 application procedure encompasses several stages including registration, completion of the application form, document upload, and fee remittance. The application fee for AIBE 18 2024 stands at Rs 3,250 for candidates belonging to the general/unreserved category, while SC and ST category candidates are required to pay Rs. 2,500.

AIBE XVIII (18) Eligibility Criteria 2023-24

Educational QualificationCandidates who have passed a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree from a university recognized by BCI are eligible to appear for AIBE exam.
Bar council registrationCandidate must have registered with a state bar council as an advocate.
Age limitThere is no age limit prescribed by BCI
Number of attemptsBCI does not prescribe any limitation on the number of attempts. However, candidates must pass the AIBE exam within two years from the date of registration at the state bar council.

Step 2 – Fill AIBE 2023-24 Application Form

BCI will conduct the AIBE 18 exam 2024 in 11 different languages. Candidates can select any one language from the below-mentioned list while filling the application form.

Step 3 – AIBE Registration Submission

  • After entering all the details in the application form candidates should check that all the information entered is correct or not.
  • Click on the declaration box and submit the application form.
  • Candidates will receive their registration id and password on their email id and phone number.

Step 4 – AIBE XVIII (18) Application fee payment

  • Candidates will be required to login in order to pay the application fee using their registration id and password.
  • AIBE 18 application fee can be in online mode. Candidates can pay the application fee in online mode using credit card/debit card/net banking.

AIBE XVIII (18) Admit Card 2023-24

BCI will issue the AIBE 18 admit card on October 20, 2023. Candidates who have successfully completed the application process will only be eligible to download the admit card from the official website. The AIBE 18 admit card will carry all important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, photo, exam date, timings, exam centre details, etc. Candidates have to appear for the AIBE exam only as per the details mentioned in the admit card.
