Qualifying Marks in TS LAWCET 2023 Result
The qualifying percentage mark for securing rank in TS LAWCET is 35% marks (42 out of 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for the SC/ST candidates. The qualifying marks are decided by the conducting authority on the basis of the number of candidates appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam paper.

TS LAWCET Merit List 2023
The exam authority will make a merit list of candidates who have qualified the TS LAWCET exam 2023. It will be prepared considering the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. However, if there are two or more candidates with identical scores, then tie-breakers would be used to decide the merit ranks.
TS LAWCET 2023 Result – Tie Breaker Rule
If two candidates have the same score in the result of TS LAWCET 2023 the admission officials will use a tie-breaker rule to decide the name of the candidate in the merit list:
- Marks obtained in Part C of TS LAWCET 2023
- Marks obtained in Part B
- The candidate senior in age will be ranked higher

Candidates who appeared for TS LAWCET 2023 should know the previous year’s cut-off marks. The cut-off is college-specific and category specific which is explained below:

TS LAWCET 2023 Counselling
Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will announce the TS LAWCET counselling dates in June 2023. The counselling of TS LAWCET 2023 will be held in online mode. Candidates who clear the minimum cut-offs will be eligible for web registration and choice filling. Candidates are shortlisted for TS LAWCET 2023 counselling based on the merit rank of candidates in the online exam; also only those candidates who have qualified in the exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling-cum-seat allotment process.
The TS LAWCET counselling process will include steps like online registration, document verification, and option entry. The TS LAWCET 2023 seat allotment will be based on both the merit rank of the candidate and the choices opted for admission.
